2. The reason for the participation of major investors in Ho Tram project
Currently, the real estate market in Ho Tram is more exciting than ever by the presence of "major players" in the real estate industry, especially resorts, condotels, seaside villas. So, what are the key factors that make this area so attractive?
2.1 Ho Tram beach - the beauty endowed by nature
Ho Tram beach - the beauty endowed by nature
Not every beach in Vietnam, the country with a coastline of more than 3,200km, has a pleasant climate all year-round. Although there are many beautiful waters in the country, they are affected by storms, floods and other natural disasters every year. This leaves people injured, or even dead, and properties damaged. However, at Ho Tram, there are 2 distinct weather patterns: the rainy season from May to October, dry season from November to April. Be which seasons it is, Ho Tram still remains its beauty and unharmed by disasters.
2.2. Limited amount of beachfront lands
Though having a long coastline, beachfront areas with rich investment potential are getting scarcer, hence narrowing opportunities for owning, investing in seaside projects.

3. Potential to attract tourists
Besides the natural beauty and investment packages for infrastructure development, Ho Tram is also a tourist attraction for domestic and international visitors.
With our busy and fast lifestyle today, people always want to find a relaxation place such as resorts after grueling working days. Suburban areas are always the top choice since it doesn’t take much time to travel. Still, many prefer spending weekends on a beach for its fresh, breezy atmosphere.

When it comes to BRVT, people usually think of Thi Vai – Cap Mep International Port, where Vietnamese and foreign workers, engineers, technicians and experts work together. This is also a source of income for the local tourism industry as those high-incomers are likely to spend their holidays in tourist attractions such as that of the Ho Tram project.
Also, once the projects are completed, access to the area will open for domestic as well as foreign tourists.
